Starting a Subscription

How do I subscribe?

You can start a subscription directly from inside the app:
Open the Account settings
  • In the left sidebar, go to System → Account → Plan.
  • You’ll see your Current Plan (e.g. Free).
Choose a new plan
  • Click Upgrade.
  • Select between monthly or yearly billing.
  • Pick your preferred plan (Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3).
  • You’ll also see the free plan listed so you can compare.
Enter your billing details
  • Fill in the required fields: first name, last name, email, country, etc.
  • (Optional) Add additional details if you need a tax invoice.
Review your order
  • Check the Summary at the bottom for the total cost, VAT, and currency.
  • Make sure the correct plan and amount are shown.
Accept the terms
  • Tick the boxes to accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Complete payment
  • Click Pay now to activate your subscription.
  • Complete the payment process with our payment provider (Payrexx).
  • You’ll receive confirmation and an invoice by email.
After payment, your account will immediately switch to the new plan, and you’ll have access to the upgraded storage and limits.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?

Yes, you can change billing frequency at any time.

What if I want to downgrade?

You can downgrade to the free tier whenever you like — your data stays safe.
