Managing Your Subscription

You can update your subscription details directly in the app:

Change your payment method

  1. Go to System → Account → Plan → Payment Methods.
  2. Add a new payment method with Create New.
  3. To make a card your primary method, click Make default.
  4. To remove a card, click Delete.
Your default payment method will be used for renewals.

Switch to a different plan or billing period

Currently, changing plans or switching between monthly and yearly billing is handled as a new payment:
  1. Go to System → Account → Plan.
  2. Click Change to under the plan you want.
  3. Select monthly or yearly billing.
  4. Complete the payment flow.
Don’t worry — any unused time on your current plan is fully credited toward your new subscription.
This means you never lose value, even when downgrading.

View your invoices

  1. Go to System → Account → Plan → Invoices.
  2. Here you can download past invoices at any time.
  3. After each renewal or new payment, a copy is also emailed to you.
