Canceling Your Subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at any time directly inside the app:
Open Account settings
- Go to System → Account → Plan.
- You’ll see your Current Plan.
Click Cancel
- Under your current plan, press the Cancel button.
- The plan will switch from “Renews automatically on …” to “Ends on …”.
- This means your subscription is set to expire at the end of the current billing period.
Keep using your plan until it expires
- You will continue to have full access until the expiry date.
- No further payments will be charged after cancellation.
How do I resume a canceled subscription?
Changed your mind before the expiry date?
- Go back to System → Account → Plan.
- Click Resume.
- The plan will update back to “Renews automatically on …” and your subscription will continue without interruption.
What happens after cancellation?
- Once your plan reaches its end date, your account will revert to the Free tier.
- All your notes remain safe. If you’re above the free limits, you’ll need to delete or export data before syncing new content.
- You can subscribe again at any time.
Do I lose access to my data if I cancel?
No, your account simply reverts to the free tier.
Do you offer refunds?
No. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions.
Our reasoning is simple:
- The app includes a free tier so you can try it out fully before deciding.
- The subscription price is kept deliberately low.
- Processing refunds adds unnecessary complexity and cost, which we prefer to avoid.
When you cancel, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further payments will be taken.
