When will I be charged?

On the same day each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

Will I be notified before renewal?

Yes. Before each renewal we’ll send you an email reminder so you have time to cancel if you no longer wish to continue.

Do I receive invoices by email?

Yes. Every renewal or new subscription payment is followed by an invoice sent directly to your email address.
You can also view and download past invoices anytime from System → Account → Plan → Invoices.

What happens if my payment fails?

We’ll retry a few times and notify you. If payment can’t be processed, your account will revert to the free tier.
